20 USES OF COCA COLA IN OUR DAILY LIFE – SUGGESTING IT IS NOT MEANT FOR INTAKE

Coke has become a popular name in today’s generation. It has gained so much popularity that no one even thinks twice before using it anymore. The beverage though is absolutely poisonous and high on acid levels, so much so that it works best as a cleanser for surfaces. The acidity levels are equivalent to that of battery acids and sometimes it cleanses even better than the toxic household cleaners.

In many third world countries, it is easier to access coke than to access pure water. The company uses public relations propaganda to convince the nations that it is absolutely clean. Research on the other hand claims that people who use soft drinks are 48% more prone to heart diseases andstroke than those who do not consume it every day. A study in Respirology also reveals that soft drink consumption can be directly linked with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma and lung disorders.
Carbonation happens by its consumption which only gets cured by calcium loss in the bones. This is how it happens:
  • The carbonation causes irritation in the stomach
  • The stomach then produces an antacid through calcium present in the body, drawing it from the blood
  • Now the lack of calcium in the blood is replenished by calcium present in the bones
This doesn’t end here. Coke also contains Phosphoric acid which draws down the body’s source of calcium. This process is separate from carbonation but with the same effect.
So Coke softens your bones, makes them weak and brittle. This is done in 3 ways:
  • Through carbonation
  • Through phosphoric acid
  • By acting as a replacement to milk and water which could otherwise produce calcium in the body
Our generation is much more likely to get esophageal cancer – this is how:
  1. Any sort of mechanical damage to the cells is a big threat for cancer. This is why asbestos particles are able to cause lung cancer.
  2. The soft drinks are the cause of the stomach acid reflux, during which, the stomach’s acid rises up more than the esophageal valve. This happens more rapidly when you are sleeping. But given the rate at which it is consumed in the US, the stomach acid reflux is way past the point of danger now. Every time you consume a drink you are going to get acids into your esophagus. Most of us are way past the tripping point already.
  3. The stomach lining is not meant to endure acid; this is why the lower part of the esophagus gets damaged by this acid when people consume soft drinks.
20 most ideal uses for Coke in our daily life
Coke is best as an acid cleanser. The amount of acid present in soda is enough to let your teeth’s enamel fade away. Several tests performed on sodas showed that they have a pH level of 2.5. Pure water has pH level 7 and battery acid has acidity of 1, so you get the idea.
If you further need proof to understand that coke is not meant for the human body, here are a few examples of its uses as a cleanser:
  1. Removing grease stains from the clothing and fabric.
  2. It removes rust perfectly. You can dip a piece of cloth, sponge or aluminium foil in coke and try it. It also helps to loosen up rusty bolts.
  3. Removes blood stains from clothes too.
  4. Oil stains from the garage floor can be cleansed perfectly.
  5. Slugs and snails get killed by the acid present in it.
  6. Burnt pans can be cleansed. Soak the pans in coke and then rinse off.
  7. Descale the kettle using the same method as above.
  8. Clean the terminals of your car battery by pouring a little coke over them.
  9. Clean the engines. The distributors of coke have been using this strategy since decades.
  10. Remove the rust from old pennies. Make them shine with coke.
  11. Clean your tile grouts. Just pour them over the kitchen floor, leave for a few minutes and let them dry up.
  12. Dissolves a tooth dipped in it overnight.
  13. Removes gum from hair. Dip it into a small bowl of coke, the gum will wipe itself off.
  14. 2-litre bottles of coke will clean your rusted pool.
  15. Also removes stains from vitreous china.
  16. Removes marker stains from carpets.
  17. Cleans toilet. Pour, keep for a while and flush to clean.
  18. Diet coke cleans your dyed hair.
  19. Coke coupled with aluminium foil, brings Chrome to a high shine.
  20. Dip a piece of cloth in coke and wash furniture to see the paints removed from them.
Now can you imagine what happens to your stomach lining when you consume these beverages?
Coke is a cheaper substitute of household cleansing materials.
So what exactly happens after you consume Coca Cola?
10 minutes later: The sugar content in the glass of Coke inhibits the action of sugar which causes belching.
20 minutes later: The insulin levels rise up to great levels.
40 minutes later: Caffeine is successfully ingested. Blood pressure rises because at this time the liver is disposing more sugar into the bloodstream. Adenosine receptors get blocked and prevent drowsiness. The pupils too become dilated.
45 minutes later: Dopamine levels rise in the brain, and pleasures are stimulated. Effects are similar to heroine consumption.
1 hour later: metabolism is super charged at this state due to the binding of calcium, magnesium and zinc by the Phosphoric acid.
More than 1 hour passed: The effects subdue and we may become a little irritable at this moment. Not to mention the essential calcium, zinc and magnesium which are removed from the body.
While having a bottle of coke, are we really thinking what we are putting inside our bodies? The chemical is orthophosphoric acid. This chemical is stored in a special reservoir for highly corrosive materials – that is how harmful it really is.
Let us look at a few ingredients Coca Cola is really made up of:
Aqua Carbonated: simple sparkling water that increases acidity within the gastric juices, encourages flatulency and provokes gastric secretions.
E150D: food coloring object which is used in addition to or without chemical reagents. Here, ammonium sulfate is used.
E950: Acesulfame Potassium increases the activity of the cardiovascular system. Not recommended for children or pregnant women.
E952: Sodium Cyclamate, banned by the FDA since 1969, is used as a sugar substitute.
E951: Aspartame, also a sugar substitute, turns into a carcinogen in soft drinks. It causes headaches, fatigue, weight gain, nausea, palpitation and other such things. It may also provoke diseases like brain tumor, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy and so on.
E330: Citric Acid – whose salts are usually used as preservatives. They are also used in medical fields to preserve blood.
E338: Again, this is Orthophosphoric Acid which causes irritation to the skin and the eyes. They are used in the production of metal works, ceramics, fertilizers, glass and synthetic detergents.
Aromas: Unknown aroma additives are used.
E211: This is Sodium Benzoate which is often used in the production of products that are anti bacterial and anti fungal in purpose. They are mostly found in jams, yoghurt and so on. The shocking thing is that it damages our DNA– a research in Sheffield University confirms. Studies claim that it does not destroy the DNA but deactivates it. This could lead to diseases like cirrhosis and Parkinson’s.
Looking at all the points above, Coca Cola is an extremely useful cleanser, but it is definitely not meant to be ingested. Watch this video about Coca-Cola..
